TITC SA is part of a Carrier Class, fibre optic Open Access infrastructure, based on Carrier Ethernet 2.0 services types providing managed broadband, over the “Last Mile” connecting Service and Application Providers to their customers, specifically the Small, to Medium Enterprise (SME).
TITC SA enables Managed Bandwidth Services of 2Mbps up to 1Gbps between customer and their preferred service provider. TITC SA interconnects all services be they, Internet Access, E-mail, hosting, voice or even disaster recovery type data, passing through all the major commercial areas.
As soon as a building is linked on to the TITC SA infrastructure, any number of service providers may now deliver, high speed, services to the tenants. In each highly populated commercial area, “Access Rings” will saturate the area delivering fibre to the premises.
The tenant can now choose services from any number of service providers and is not restricted in choice. Furthermore, the tenant can change from service provider to service provider until such time as they are happy with the quality of service delivered.
At no cost to the property owner, TITC SA will implement a fibre connection into the premises. The tenant now has access to world class broadband. With this kind of service in place, the landlord can be assured of reduced tenant churn as tenants will only move to an area with similar or better service.
Furthermore, properties with world class broadband connectivity will attract high bandwidth usage clients, which are typically your larger business and as such be less prone to move on, once established.
