Jacques van Rooyen

Founding Director

Jacques is the founder of the International ICT Group, TITC. As a student of Electronic Engineering at the University of Pretoria, Jacques joined the then start-up company Flash Net Systems. There he was charged with overseeing the development and continual expansion of a metropolitan network, which then covered the Greater Tshwane Metropolitan in South Africa.

Koketso Phiri

Head of HR

Koketso works as an assistant to the company CEO. She completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2014. She was then involved in leadership training and development for Campus Outreach Gauteng and was based at the University of Pretoria. Having been interested in labour relations she decided to take a job as the human resource officer at Tappo Industries and loved. When the opportunity rose for her to move back to Johannesburg and continue in HR she gladly joined the TITC SA team.
She is passionate about people; building ethical workplaces and networks as well as interdepartmental cooperation.

Projects Sales Manager

Before Joining TITC SA in 2017 Michael oversaw The Export Sales Division for Logos Industries where he was tasked with building the sales division in Africa, Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion Island & Madagascar, doubling export sales year on year & turned the exports division into a profitable & sustainable leg of the business in less than 3 years. Michael now with sales experience of more than 10 years favourite part of his job at TITC SA is face to face interaction with clients, solving problems, building new systems & mentoring the sales team, seeing them develop & grow in their different roles within the team.

Accounts Manager

Elizabeth Meko was born and bred in the Free State, Bloemfontein.

She is a UJ graduate, who also served as a Chairperson in the (2015-2017) University of Johannesburg Student Society Committee.
Elizabeth is a business-oriented person whose passion is to lead and guide young women into bettering themselves and their lives through mentorship on finances, talents and hard work. She has an entrepreneurial spirit that always pushes and drives her to solve problems and constantly find solutions to any challenge that comes her way. Elizabeth is currently Heading the TITC SA Accounts department and has a true passion and drive for finances and people. She believes that for exceptional results, exceptional work needs to be put in and for that to happen, one must have smart work ethics and a persistent heart. As an accounts manager who deals with client’s and her team on a daily basis she’s learned that “ A true Leader doesn’t lead to get power but leads to empower others”

Steven Tichagwa

Technical Manager

A Son of the soil born in Zimbabwe. Steven completed his High school studies in Zimbabwe. For his tertiary education he studied at Pretoria Technikon now Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), for a B-Tech Multimedia and in addition, qualified as an Oracle Business Intelligence Expert. Steven worked for TUT for 5 years before he joined the Private sector for the vibrant company, MindInteractive. Steven moved to TITC SA Team in 2017.
It has been a terrific period growing from strength to strength both in character and personal development.

Odi Morolo
Odirile Odi Morolo

Installations and CTC Manager

Odi holds a B-Tech Degree in Marketing which was conferred at The Tshwane University of Technology in the year 2010.
He grew up in Mafikeng in the North West province. Odi’s career spans from 2006 to date with various companies such as British American Tobacco SA and Coca Cola Beverages South Africa.

Call Centre Manager

Lebo is the TITC SA call centre manager and has been a part of the call centre since the inception of the call centre. She studied Food n beverage management at the collage of Cape Town. Her call centre experience spans over seven years and includes working for brands such as Vodacom, SAA, British Airways, Avios and Flight Centre where she served as a team leader.
