Jacques van Rooyen
Founding Director
Jacques is the founder of the International ICT Group, TITC. As a student of Electronic Engineering at the University of Pretoria, Jacques joined the then start-up company Flash Net Systems. There he was charged with overseeing the development and continual expansion of a metropolitan network, which then covered the Greater Tshwane Metropolitan in South Africa.

Precious Thekiso
Head of HR
Precious works as an assistant to the company CEO, and Head of HR. Before joining the TITC Africa team in 2020, she worked as an assistant to the CEO and in the HR team for SOS Security for over 6 six years. She worked for Sun International as Guest Relations Officer at The Palace of the Lost city in the Northwest Province, South Africa, where she received valuable training and gained experience in International Client relations. She completed her Diploma in Human Resource Management at Orbit FET College in Rustenburg. She enjoyed studying labour relations during her Human Resource Management studies.
She is passionate about people, building ethical workplaces and networks as well as interdepartmental cooperation.
Michael Rehder
Chief Operations Officer
Before Joining TITC Africa in 2017 Michael oversaw The Export Sales Division for Logos Industries where he was tasked with building the sales division in Africa, Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion Island & Madagascar, doubling export sales year on year & turned the exports division into a profitable & sustainable leg of the business in less than 3 years. Michael now with sales experience of more than 10 years favourite part of his job at TITC Africa is face to face interaction with clients, solving problems, building new systems & mentoring the Operations and Installation teams, seeing them develop & grow in their different roles within the team.
Bianca Chuma
Client Relationship Manager
Bianca is the TITC Africa Client Relationship Manager and has been a part of the Finance Team since late 2017. She studied Marketing management at the Central Johannesburg college. Her client relationship management and financial experience spans over 12 years and includes working for brands such as Shoprite Checkers, Statistics SA and Brighter Futures where she served as a team leader.
